Refunds & Replacements

We want you to be completely satisfied with your book. However, if you’re looking to request a refund, please note that we do not process refunds directly through our website.

If you purchased your book from a retailer like Amazon, you’ll need to contact them directly for any refund or return requests. They handle all order processing, payments, and refund transactions on their end.

That said, if you received a book with an error, defect, or damage, we definitely want to know. Please reach out to us at michelle@puzzlefavorites.com with a description of the issue and a photo if possible.
