Returns & Refunds


We have one of the best return policies available in the Market, Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and It must be in the original packaging.

In most cases we will replace your order if there is a problem. The only case where a refund will be considered is in the case of defective item.

There are no returns for gift cards or customized items.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

It is important you contact our support desk at to confirm return of your item. Please do not send any item without confirmation.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Every return is inspected upon being received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
